WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

If you subscribe to the Platform and install the Accountable2You software on any computers or devices, the Platform will collect additional data that can be viewed on the Site and shared with your accountability partners.  The data collected will vary depending upon the operating system of the computer or mobile device on which the software is installed and upon your account settings.  Data collected through the Platform can include the titles of websites visited, email subjects and senders/receivers, application usage logs, file logs, geolocation information, call logs, text logs, application content and data, directory paths, and the dates and times these various events occurred.  This collection will continue so long as the A2Y software is active on your computers or devices, even if your subscription has expired.

In addition, we automatically gather certain other information and store it in log files.  This information may include (as applicable) internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, geolocation information, and information on what pages visitors access or visit.  We collect and store this information on an individual basis and in aggregate, or combined, form.

We will share your personal information with any individuals (“Accountability Partners”) you designate in your “Accountability Group,” which you will designate through the Site or Platform.  We will also share your personal information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website.  We may also release your personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect our safety, property, or rights, or the safety, property, or rights of others.  Otherwise, we do not rent, sell, or transfer personal information to any third parties.

In the future, A2Y, this Site, or the Platform could be sold or transferred.  If that happens, the information we have gathered may be one of the assets transferred.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
